Standard

Forced or bonded labour is forbidden. Workers are employed of their own free will. They are aware of their rights and obligations towards the employer.

Guidance:

All workers are on service on a voluntary basis. They shall be free to leave at any time, after due notice as stated by law or in the contract. Written contracts are strongly recommended.
